एक्टर/ Actor/ अदाकार

इक अदाकार हूँ मैं!
मैं अदाकार हूँ ना
जीनी पड़ती है कई जिंदगियां एक हयाती में मुझे!
मेरा किरदार बदल जाता है , हर रोज ही सेट पर
मेरे हालात बदल जाते हैं
मेरा चेहरा भी बदल जाता है,
अफसाना-ओ-मंज़र के मुताबिक़
मेर आदात बदल जाती हैं.
और फिर दाग़ नहीं छूटते पहनी हुई पोशाकों के
खस्ता किरदारों का कुछ चूरा सा रह जाता है तह में
कोई नुकीला सा किरदार गुज़रता है रगों से
तो खराशों के निशाँ देर तलक रहते हैं दिल पर
ज़िन्दगी से ये उठाए हुए किरदार
खयाली भी नहीं हैं
कि उतर जाएँ वो पंखे की हवा से
स्याही रह जाती है सीने में,
अदीबों के लिखे जुमलों की
सीमीं परदे पे लिखी
साँस लेती हुई तहरीर नज़र आता हूँ
मैं अदाकार हूँ लेकिन
सिर्फ अदाकार नहीं
वक़्त की तस्वीर भी हूँ

रंगों की रासलीला........रामलीला / Ramlila

Dassehra....celebration of victory of Good over Evil. I don't know if anyone care about the philosophy or the morals behind such festivals but what's visible.... is lot of money. spent to make these occasions grand and people who are ready to spend money to have a good time with their friends and family.
Lots of food, drama and color.
I went there just to click pictures. No food, No friends. No family. Just me and my camera.

Navaratri Celebrations....

Today I went to see Durga puja of CR Park.....I used my GPS to know the exact location of the place...but when I reached there....I realized that i have been to that place before.....I think in 2009 or 2008....and I also remembered that I went there with a close friend and her closest friend who is now her husband. Life is really unpredictable or I should say we are really puppets in HIS hands.....
Aah....anyway, here are the pictures....

Tomb of Adham Khan

Tomb of Adham Khan, situated in Mehrauli, just opposite Mehrauli bus terminus. It serves as a picnic spot for mehrauli people...in evening whole mehrauli comes out to get fresh air around this tomb. But there is not a single slab which says anything about the tomb.

Adham Khan, a general of Mughal Emperor, Akbar. He was the younger son of Maham Anga, Akbar's wet nurse thus also his foster brother. However, when Adham Khan murdered Akbar’s favourite general Ataga Khan in May 1562, Akbar immediately ordered his execution at Agra Fort.

Zafar Mahal

Kitna hai badnaseeb Zafar
Dafn ke liye
Do gaz zameen bhi
Mil na saki kuye yaar mein

For burial, 

even two yards of land 

were not to be had in the land of his beloved.)

Entrance of summer palace of bahadur shah zafar, situated in Mehrauli. Not in very bad shape but not maintained by anybody...i went inside but could not take any pictures because the kind of people i saw there...i couldn't dare to take out my camera in front of them....i felt like intruder there. I just took a walk and came out.
